We are looking for YOU as Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Mühlhausen (Thüringen).

You lead the industrialization of the new P1
You improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in your perimeter
You capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domain
You participate in the design of new equipment and new lines
You lead the Lean design workshop
You inspire us with that:
You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
You have gained initial practical experience through internships or student jobs, or you have 3–5 years of professional experience in process and industrialization.
You have knowledge of quality tools (capabilities, statistics, DOE).
You have already worked with PFMEA, either in a project, internship, or through your professional experience.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You can present information in a structured way and effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
You are fluent in German and English.
