Job Description:
As a Propulsion Design and System Integration Engineer, you will be contributing towards various aircraft programs on system design and integration aspects while collaborating with engine manufacturers and interfacing with multiple design offices.
The various activities to be performed are:
Consolidate Engine System Requirements with the different internal stakeholders.
Contribute to Integration activities with engine manufacturer and Airbus team relative to Engine system: Design reviews, Interfaces definition, architecture optimization.
Contribute to innovation of our Products and support TRL (Technical Readiness Level) maturity gates.
Develop competences relative to System Engineering and MBSE
Define and validate functional requirements and interface requirements for the integration (systems, mechanical, hydro-mechanical, thermal and Multiphysics) of the Powerplant System which encompasses Engine and/or Propeller structure, Nacelle and equipment (pump, heat exchanger, valve, tank, pipe, etc.).
Contribute to the certification by supporting the delivery of the Powerplant Certification dossier.
Deliver Technical Specification to suppliers of the components.
Perform Verification and Validation activities to ensure the compliance with the set of the Powerplant requirements.
Support Powerplant industrialization, Entry Into Service and In-Service operation.
