Lead cabin retrofit projects from scope definition through execution: plan program enablers, manage subcontractors, mitigate risks, translate technical aircraft modification data into executable plans, produce engineering drawings and kits, support certification and hangar embodiment, and communicate status to stakeholders and customers.
