FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Identify and provide information about the best and the worst promotions using specific tools and procedures in the systems and about the reason why they succeeded/failed.
- Scale the best performing promotions into other countries and discontinue the worst performing promotions.
- Provide suggestions regarding better promotions based on data.
- Provide regular report on status of promotions regarding achieving the KPIs.
- Identify trends in the discounting using various reports and data, provide information and report the issues to local and global stakeholders.
- Identify root-cause of suspicious discounting and suggest solutions in cooperation with Territory Sales Managers/countries.
- Suggest improvements regarding individual discounts to reach company targets.
- Suggest global rules for discounting policy.
- Authorize any system adjustments regarding discount approvals (quotes, deals, etc.).
- Revise licensing/pricing of existing offerings and set up licensing/pricing for new offerings.
- Cooperate with multiple departments globally to evaluate possible impact of price changes, implement them and evaluate their actual impact.
- Cooperate with local markets to set locally relevant pricing strategy.
- Lead and support projects connected to pricing.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis for top management according to the instructions of a managing employee.
- Conduct in- depth analysis of all price lists and also analyze business performance of ESET by several segments and KPIs.
- Enter price related data into internal systems.
- Monitor competitive prices on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- University education (Bachelor’s degree) - preferably in Economics/Mathematics
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Pricing role, preferably IT sector
Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables and advanced functions)
Language:
- Fluent English language (written and spoken)

Basic wage component (gross): from 2800 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
