We are seeking an experienced Manager, Project Execution to lead the successful delivery of complex, large-scale water treatment and semiconductor infrastructure projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple high-value projects, guiding a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

Lead Project Delivery

  • Provide strategic oversight for multiple large-scale projects from award through startup and closeout.
  • Ensure successful execution aligned with customer expectations, contractual commitments, budget objectives, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead internal and customer-facing project reviews and provide clear communication on project status, opportunities, and challenges.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee project planning activities including budgets, procurement strategies, schedules, resource planning, and material management.
  • Coordinate efforts across engineering, purchasing, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and startup teams.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors and review significant change orders and contractual impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, ISO 9001 standards, and project governance processes.

Develop and Lead Teams

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
  • Provide coaching, onboarding, training, and career development guidance.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer success.
  • Participate in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning activities.

Partner with Customers and Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Present project performance, financial metrics, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical, commercial, and execution-related issues.

Position Details

  • Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
  • Travel: Up to 30% to customer sites, supplier facilities, and project locations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex industrial, water treatment, or semiconductor projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale capital projects ranging from $50MM to $300MM.
  • Experience within the water treatment industry or semiconductor wafer fabrication environments, including UPW and WWT systems.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in project controls, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Skills Required

  • B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related discipline
  • Seven (7) years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, complex projects
  • Experience managing projects in the range of $50MM-$300MM in water treatment or Semiconductor Wafer Fab with UPW and WWT
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in non-standard situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills (written and verbal, technical level)
  • Ability to interpret complex technical and industry-related documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards and ISO 9001
  • Willingness to travel to customers, suppliers, and job sites up to 30%
