ABOUT THE ROLE

At Side, we care deeply about our customers and partnering with them to build successful real estate businesses. As the Technical Implementation Project Manager on our Technical Services team, you will be reporting to the Director of Technical Services and Support. You will collaborate with an outstanding team and deliver top-notch experiences for our customers during the onboarding process.

You’ll join Technical Services and Support - the team that implement business SasS software and websites to power real estate agents businesses. We offer business owners opportunities to do all their business transactions on the Side platform system. Our software helps thousands of agents to build highly profitable businesses – with less stress, and better control over their growth.

The Technical Implementation Project Manager will be on the frontlines in driving adoption, and act as the single point of contact for new strategic and enterprise customers. This person understands the customer's strategic direction and business goals and applies industry knowledge and technical expertise to find opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Designs, scopes, and develops the technical components of system solutions and/or services.
• Use tact and diplomacy to set proper timelines and expectations throughout the implementation process, including both verbal and written communication
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, and prioritize effectively to ensure on-time Go Lives that meet all of the client’s specifications and delivery valued outcomes.
• Coordinate internally between the Sales, Launch, and Product teams to provide customers with a single point of contact
• Build significant knowledge of Side’s website design, structure, and interconnection with the rest of Side’s tech stack.
• Coordinate with individuals across the company on implementation-related deliverables
• Deep understanding of the benefits provided by the website both as a standalone site as well as how it drives growth potential coupled with our CRM and lead gen applications

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

• Demonstrate experience with SaaS, cloud-based, and outsourced solutions through third-party providers
• Experienced in delivering excellent customer service
• Technical aptitude – quick to learn new software, and proficient with data work
• 2+ years of working experience Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• 2+ years experience in project management in an agile environment with a startup tech company
• Demonstrate strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects/solutions for multiple requestors
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as Service Cloud, Jira or Asana and hands-on experience with CRM software e.g. Salesforce
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills; a structured approach to problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written skills communicating with technical and non-technical people, both internal and external facing
• Experience working at a technology or software company with enough technical skills to collaborate with an engineering team and correspond fluently around technical topics
• Real Estate tech industry is a plus
