What is the Implementation Team:

Tinuiti’s implementation team is a task force made up of well-rounded marketing professionals supported by the Client Operations team to quickly step into situations and enable Tinuiti to start/continue services that would otherwise be delayed or interrupted. 

Position:

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist. Someone who has expertise in managing multiple channels (Email, Social, Search, Marketplaces, etc.) and loves setting clients up for success. This person must be someone who loves how all pieces of Tinuit fit together and understands the role each piece plays within an organization's marketing strategy. This person will be one of the first impressions of Tinuiti’s management and must be able to effectively analyze, plan, create and communicate the initial steps that will be taken on a client's account. This person will be a creator, project manager, delegator, email coder, and media manager all rolled into one. 


Esential Functions:

  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Accountability & ownership with limited supervision of active programs, successes, and failures for several client accounts.
  • Must be capable of communicating with clients whether through email or via the phone with minimal oversight to quickly gain trust with the client.
  • Effectively prioritizes and shifts efforts to focus on delivering on the most important tasks at hand. 
  • Strategic knowledge of most of the following is preferred but the willingness to learn is most important: 
    • Email Strategy (developing & executing)
    • Various ESPs (Klayvio, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
    • Facebook/Instagram Ads 
    • Amazon Marketplace Search (programmatic is a plus) 
    • DSPs/Programmatic ad companies, Networks and Site Direct Buys.

*Experience with any of the following is a plus: Google, Microsoft, YouTube, TikTok, and/or SnapChat

  • Partner with Channel Leads or Strategists and, together, determine easy wins, prioritization of audit calls outs, initial strategy direction, and early on set up needs. 
  • Responsible for all basic tactical execution and initial campaign audits
  • Develop, Execute and support campaigns, including but not limited to setup, analysis, reporting, and initial & ongoing optimizations.
    • Example Responsibilities
      • Setting up new email campaigns
      • Writing creative briefs
      • Coding and scheduling email sends
      • Able to set up and understand the nuances of email triggers and other automation
      • Budget pacing & allocation
      • Pausing/Enabling ads based on performance
      • Refreshing creative
      • Refreshing CRM audiences
      • Email & Ad builds
      • Standard weekly and monthly reports
