  • Integrate and use specific industry project management and technical delivery methodologies (e.g., methodologies based on agile principles, SRE principles)
  • Deliver improvements to cross-team requirement gathering, project tracking, and reporting procedures
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Coach SRE teams to adopt suitable agile methodologies, contribute and implement ideas for team-wide processes, promote continuous improvement

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software projects from inception to delivery
  • Experience with establishing, and contributing to, process improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical ability, and business judgment
  • Experience and familiarity with Jira and other project management tools
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Ability to support multiple projects and teams, and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability and desire to embrace complex technical ecosystems quickly
  • Ability to collaborate in a global distributed team environment
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Experience in distilling action items and notes from technical conversations

The following experience is considered a plus:
