Senior Project Manager

The Importance of this Role

Matic is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead the execution of projects which launch and enhance affinity partnership insurance programs. The right candidate will own cross functional projects, large and small, that range from product integrations, marketing campaigns, associate training, and reporting to name a few. 

You’ll work with a world class team of data analysts and scientists, product managers, engineers, and marketing experts to build high performing insurance programs. 


Your Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for managing multiple, global, complex, cross-functional projects, from beginning to end, with accountability for project execution
  • Plan and execute product integrations, email marketing, digital marketing, outbound dialing, and other campaigns to drive leads into the funnel 
  • Demonstrate stewardship and provide leadership to meet department and company strategies and business objectives
  • Deliver project excellence by incorporating best practices in project management to meet or exceed partnership needs
  • Perform project/portfolio management and analyses
  • Perform data analytics including analyzing data systems, automating information retrieval, and preparing presentations and reports to make recommendations that improve our business
  • Ensure project scope and success criteria are clearly established; develop and manage project plan to meet deliverables
  • Initiate, lead and communicate project assessments and lessons learned
  • Establish clear priorities
  • Ensure team is working within project scope and effectively coordinate the activities of the team to meet project milestones
  • Proactively identify changes in project scope and assure appropriate measures are taken to reassess and amend requirements, budget and timeline
  • Create and deliver project review presentations
  • Work directly with functional area managers to resolve issues that impact completion of project objectives: determine when to escalate issues to appropriate levels of management
  • Acquire, interpret, and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve business performance and processes with excellent attention to detail and accuracy


Job Requirements 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience to include project management work 
  • Proven success in large partnership management and growth
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and strong familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise partners
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excel wizard able to analyze data, extract insights and drive action 
  • An entrepreneurial desire to be part of a growing team and company
