We need a highly motivated Project Manager who's not afraid of tackling new challenges in the telecom antenna industry. Do you love to drive R&D new product development projects from initial conception and scope through full production? Ericsson is this place! What you will do

  • Coordinate internal and external resources, with teams located globally, for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered timely, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Prioritizing time to market with history of hitting commitments in delivering new product to market.
  • Guiding and managing design team in hitting product cost targets.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project problem solving sessions
  • Identify lessons learned for future project efficiency improvement and problem avoidance
  • Make informed decisions on behalf of the team, build and present regular reports to the defined stakeholders and with core members of the R&D staff.


You will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering management with 5-8 years experience in an industrial environment with in-depth knowledge of project or program management and in the planning, control and implementation of complex projects
  • Cross Functional Management experience and leadership skills are vital
  • Prior experience in delivering new products from concept to production through gated product life cycle development process
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and negotiate across a culturally diverse organization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Efficient problem-solving skills as well as independent, thoughtful, and hands-on working methods
  • Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
