Amplify's Training and Enablement (T&E) team is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to provide logistic, communication, and project management support across teams. The PM will support the T&E team with implementing the training and communication plans across customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate is well organized and approaches their work with strong attention to detail. The Project Manager will report to the Associate Vice-President, Training & Enablement.
Responsibilities:

  • Support communications and training across internal and external teams, including the development and management of trackers to keep track of and supervise schedules, processes, and status.
  • Complete a project plan for the implementation of a company-wide learning management system, working in collaboration with the Director, Technology and Resource Management.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop exchanged views across teams.
  • Propose and advocate for standard methodology process improvements to meet team objectives.
  • Support the product team on administrative components of work.
  • Coordinate cross-team planning and communication.
  • Lead handoffs between teams across platforms and multiple partners.
  • Write, edit, polish, and collaborate with cross-functional team members on documentation for initiatives.
  • Develop, track, and implement email communication and meeting takeaways for key team members.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in project management, product management, or a similar field
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience efficiently leading and prioritizing multiple projects to meet meaningful deadlines
  • Shown experience using Google Apps and other common professional software


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in education and/or education technology
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple team members at varying levels of an organization
  • Outstanding writing skills, including attention to detail of grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and structure
  • Experience synthesizing large amounts of disparate information into concise, concrete, and impactful reports or other communications medium
  • Decision-making and critical thinking ability
  • Possesses relationship-building skills to request, collaborate about, and disseminate information across multiple interpersonal teams and functions

The gross salary range for this role is $80k-$90k.
