Knowledge Services is seeking a Program/Project Manager in Nashville TN.

Pay $35.05/hr
Parking is included
M-F 8am-4:30pm-Some travel required and mileage will be paid at State rate.
Remote work but will be required to report to the office some as well.
Responsibilities
The Program/Project Manager will have the following responsibilities.
- Manage the grant, contracts, and budget 35%
- Work with project subcontractors and other partners to ensure activities are implemented 35%
- Establish and convene an advisory committee 20%
- Attend meetings with HRSA and other HRSA-funded Pediatric Mental Health Care Access
programs 10% - Manage the grant, contracts, and budget
- Establish and convene an advisory committee
- Attend meetings with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and other HRSA-funded PMHCA programs
- Meet with the project subcontractors and other partners
Qualifications
The Program/Project Manager should have the following qualifications.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to substantial (five or more years of) full-time increasingly responsible professional health program work including, at least, one year of full-time supervisory work or statewide program oversite.
- Substitution of Education for Experience: Additional graduate coursework in a business or health related field may be substituted, on a year-for-year basis, for one year of the required nonsupervisory experience. Substitution of Experience for Education: Additional qualifying professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for year basis, to a maximum of four years.
- Must have prior experience managing grants
Physical Requirements:
- Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
- Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
