Onsite: Employees who are working in onsite roles will work regularly onsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

Position Overview:

As a member of the Special Technology Programs (STP) you will support the Military Development Programs (MDP) and GATORWORKS organization in various tasks.

The position requires the use of historical and forecast data to perform trend analysis, and variance analysis to identify issues and provide support and recommendations to management.

This role will require the employee to be Onsite.

Specific task and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Overhead reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate, execute and track all capital requests
  • Track staffing changes, requirements and forecasts
  • Support OMM sales and manpower forecasts by running status reports and providing guidance/updates to the Program Managers/Management
  • Lead and/or participate in other special projects/events/programs as required
  • Support the STP program life cycle process - Proposals, Program Initiation, Execution and Closeout
  • Support the STP Program plan development, EV analysis, schedule execution (have experience with Primavera, MS Project and SAP), variance analysis, manpower requirements and budget maintenance


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. Graduate degree is a plus.
  • Candidate must be a US citizen and must have, and maintain in good standing, a DoD security clearance.
  • Previous financial analysis is required.
  • Candidate must possess strong systems skills, understand accounting and financial planning and have the ability to analyze abstract concepts.
  • Have prior experience using Primavera, SAP, MS Project/Access/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • US Citizenship required due to government contracts


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hyperion experience is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate must be team orientated and able to provide guidance to the other team members, as well as, Management and Executives.
  • Use independent judgment to analyze, assess and interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • CORE Associate/Apprentice Preferred.
