Coursera is looking for a People Development Program Implementation Manager to shape and deliver our global SkillUp learning and development program. This role will work with the leader of the People Development organization to create and translate SkillUp programs into an impactful employee development and engagement experience. This collaborative role will work closely with Diversity, Equity & inclusion, Employee Engagement and Experiences, and the People Leadership team enabling Courserians to learn, grow, and transform into their best selves in service of the Coursera community.

Your responsibilities

  • Own internal strategic relationships to ensure org success by driving adoption, managing organizational relationships, conducting business reviews and sharing best practices
  • Develop programs to increase engagement of Courserians and drive our key metrics, working closely with our content strategy, product, and pedagogy teams to ensure learner success
  • Serve as primary point of escalation when user issues arise, troubleshooting, and ensuring quick resolution
  • Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team decision-making and usage roadmap
  • Able to strategically problem solve with cross-functional partners to drive usage 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of talent development program management experience; customer/learner success experience a strong plus
  • Experience managing or supporting internal mobility initiatives
  • Demonstrated history in learner retention, renewal, and growth; successful management of learner engagement campaigns 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in EdTech 
  • Complex account management
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Customer success experience
  • Strong sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism; to convert relationship and value into advocacy 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking to translate data into action
  • Ability to articulate the power of education and learning to influence internal business decisions
