Job Description Summary

In this role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to create and improve omnichannel customer journeys in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Marketing Cloud.
You will work on a variety of customer touch points by developing and optimizing integrated business processes across disparate systems.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support technical development of customer communication solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Support process documentation, knowledge transfer, and address post-production observations/design gaps.
- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
- Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches to the customer journey.

- Salesforce Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer preferred
- Understanding of Salesforce design and development best practices

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experienced.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience working in ExactTarget or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder. Experience with Advertising Studio, Audience Studio, Datorama are a plus. Prior experience in project/program management and familiarity with Agile Methodology will also be helpful.
