Senior actuarial and analytics leader responsible for strategy, execution, and talent for reserving, pricing, forecasting, and analytic initiatives. Advises enterprise initiatives, approves analytic decisions, drives change, communicates results to senior leaders, and builds high-performing teams through hiring, development, and succession planning.

Design, build, and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions using LLMs, cloud platforms, and container orchestration. Lead end-to-end delivery, partner with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and resolve complex incidents while ensuring production-ready solutions.

Lead and manage a field-based sales team to drive profitable growth in assigned territory through strategic planning, agency diagnostics, relationship-building with agents and brokers, and cross-functional collaboration. Own territory performance, coach Sales Executives, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and represent Travelers in agency councils while meeting new business, retention, and profitability goals. Develop, test, debug, and maintain microservice-based applications; implement features and integrations using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript/React, Node.js and AWS; participate in incident resolution, impact analysis, and team delivery practices; document work, monitor system health, and continuously expand technical skills.

Validate changes for state compliance, perform basic competitor and coverage analysis, assist system implementation and stakeholder communications, and help develop related training and marketing materials while following workflow controls and testing/validation processes.

Lead and grow engineering teams, own CI/CD and release management across enterprise workstreams, implement DevSecOps practices, resolve high-impact incidents, standardize pipelines (GitHub Actions), coordinate cross-team releases on complex BI platforms, and drive SDLC improvements and delivery quality.
