Your Career

We are looking for a motivated Compensation Program Manager to join our EMEA & LATAM People Team and International Total Rewards team. You will enable the company’s rapid growth and lead the next evolution of our total rewards programs in the region as we move towards FLEXWORK. In this role, you are responsible for managing our compensation programs and policies in the region, in the context of our global frameworks and philosophy. You will also provide support on compensation related topics as a member of our global compensation connect team. This includes providing guidance on compensation related issues for management, interpretation of salary data and performing analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace. Your Impact

  • Be a vital part of the EMEA & LATAM People Team and International Total Rewards team by supporting global compensation programs including base pay, incentive and equity programs
  • Conduct job evaluations to match positions against market survey positions across the region

  • Conduct market pricing analyses across different functions and countries analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s compensation philosophy

  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure the effective use of compensation data including job codes, position titles, and grades/job levels

  • Develop modeling templates for various compensation & benefits projects

  • Participate in global compensation projects, like annual performance and pay planning and market analysis. 

  • Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion

  • Advising regional leadership on program effectiveness as the EMEA & LATAM compensation specialist

  • Manage relations and contracts with our benchmark providers and advisors in the region 



Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in design, analyses, socialization, and support of compensation programs applicable to a high-growth, go-to-market, high-tech organization, across EMEA or globally
  • Demonstrated success managing compensation programs and educating employees and stakeholders around those programs 

  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality

  • Project planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives

  • Quick learner and an independent, proactive working style and curious - able to work with limited direction

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment across multiple time zones

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels in an organization

  • Experience with interpretation and applying local regulatory/statutory requirements for compensation and benefits

  • Proven experience in acquisition driven program harmonization on compensation

  • Experience in managing benefits programs is a pre

  • Fluent in English with extraordinary presentation, written and spoken communication skills in English required
