About this opportunity:
We are the binding factor between our external partners and the Ericsson technical teams with which we keep the 'Ericsson spirit' alive. The Service Delivery Support team contains three enthusiastic team members in Maastricht and 3 in India. Together they enjoy supporting our customers on their best. We are looking for expansion of our team in Maastricht.
We receive, route, and support customer requests & projects for excellent execution and delivery. Report on progress & financials on regular bases and keep track of timelines and quality for external and internal purposes is part of our service.
What you will do:- Support the project and technical managers in the implementation of the agreed Service Delivery, as well as external customers- Continuously support the project team through all project phases of the project by applying proper project processes, methods, and tools- Analyze and monitor milestones and KPIs, to ensure that Service Delivery goals are achieved. Identify negative trends before they lead to service degradation.- Support the preparation of project budgets, time plans, risk and change management, as well as resource planning. Control and monitor the information management within the project.- Track customer offers / orders and support the data management. Prepare governance reviews and create project documentation and reports. Create and optimize project data in the relevant project tools.
The skills you bring:- You are fluent in Dutch and English, enabling you to communicate with all stakeholders in our international team.- You have got a bachelor's or master's degree in business management / Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable field of study.- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in project support / business administrationt.- You are a team player with strong communication skills and like to work proactively, independently, and solution oriented. You are committed to make a difference and to take on responsibility- You have great interest in project management processes and corresponding support activities. You are service minded, have a good understanding of processes and fast comprehension skills.- You have an affinity for technology, data and automation and have a good knowledge of common business tools (MS Office, PowerBI, SAP,..).
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics
- 1-2 years of work experience in project support or business administration
- Fluent in Dutch and English
