Planning & Scheduling Governance
Maintain and update schedule data in the approved planning system based on provided inputs and instructions.
Support the application of agreed planning structures, calendars, and coding systems.
Perform routine schedule updates, data checks, and version control activities.
Prepare standard planning extracts and reports for internal use.
Integrated Master Schedule Management
Assist in consolidating schedule inputs from internal disciplines and workstreams.

Ensure Earned Progress (schedule) aligns with Earned Value (cost) for performance measurement.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field. (master’s degree is an advantage.)
Significant experience in industrial project delivery, including planning/scheduling, progress measurement, and exposure to cost control and change management.
Experience in Electrification, HVDC, Substations, Grid Integration, or Oil and Gas projects is preferred.
Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 (resource loading, cost loading, baseline management, critical path analysis, advanced logic structuring).
Comprehensive understanding of WBS / CBS, project coding systems, performance measurement frameworks, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Solid knowledge of schedule risk and change management, with the ability to support schedule delay analysis and impact assessments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI / Power Platform for analytics, dashboards, and schedule-performance visualization.
PMI-SP® Scheduling Professional or PMP® Project Management Professional preferred; AACE PSP® (Planning & Scheduling Professional) is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
