We are seeking a Project at Ericsson and form part to support the Customer Project Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) with specialized knowledge in the area of project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, production of reports, customer interaction, control and monitoring.
What Will you do
• Project Planner role is data-driven to create insights and trends to support the Customer Project Manager effectively and efficiently manage their Fulfilment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope.• Project Planner to support the Customer Project Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) with specialized knowledge in the area of project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, production of reports, customer interaction, control and monitoring. • The Project Planner should be the project organization top authority on Ericsson recommended tool for tracking and reporting purposes. • In addition, Project Planner will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems & all CU/MA specific Guidelines required to be used by the Customer Project Manager and project teams.

Project Planning:• Review project planning inputs.• Build site-by-site project milestone templates• Operational Plans as per delivery pace, scope & duration• Understanding of Budget Planning• Complete understanding of CPS components• Planning Inputs for Project Setup in SAP• Alignment of Operational & Financial Plans• Alignment of operational plans & Supply delivery
Project Tracking & Governance• Accurate & Timely Project Reporting (All Operational MS & Gap Analysis through DPR)• Financial Reporting & analysis with Operational MS & raise red flags to CPM (if any)• Assignment Status Card, Actual Cost Report, RUC, WIP, Unbilled Report, SO Report, NS/UM Tracking, etc• PO/WCC/GRN Tracking• Cost per site Tracking• Early Start Tracking• CoPQ Tracking• EPCQ Tracking• Support CPMs in Project Change Management (CCB/ECCB Adherence)
