Project Ops Analyst

Location: Buenos Aires Office

We are seeking a Project Ops Analyst who will serve as the central point of coordination for key deployments and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional who can manage multiple projects, collaborate across functions, and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, including high‑profile and strategic deployments. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), the Project Manager communicates plans, risks, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders while coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

This role owns project performance from initiation through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, communications, risk management, and financial oversight. The Project Manager ensures that deliverables meet defined requirements, KPIs are achieved, and budgetary objectives are met.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects
  • Communicate project plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Interface with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver project requirements
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers
  • Create and manage communication plans, including documentation, reporting cadence, and stakeholder meetings
  • Track project performance and analyze deliverables against defined requirements
  • Manage project financials, ensuring budgetary objectives are met and managing to project P&L
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, including high‑visibility and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with team members to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project teams to review progress, issues, and resolution timelines
  • Report on project status and performance to management, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project scope required for successful completion

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of solid project management experience delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial/commercial oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, including management
  • This position requires the successful passing a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
  • Experience providing direction to cross‑functional project teams
  • Experience managing complex or multi‑project environments
