PWS Title: Project Manager
Location: San Diego
Clearance Type: Secret
This is a Part Time Position
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring contract deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Supervise all instructor staff and ensure compliance with government and safety regulations
- Act as the contractor’s representative between 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. PDT, Monday through Friday
- Designate and coordinate with an alternate who can fulfill managerial duties during absences
- Provide regular status updates and reports to the Contracting Officer.
Required Qualifications:
- Four (4) years documented small boat experience in a maritime environment
- Five (5) years of experience in contract management
