The Project Manager independently manages technology projects or serves as a Project Manager within a broader program with guidance available from more experienced coworkers. Projects are typically low to medium in complexity and risk and may involve mainstream, legacy, or select emerging technologies, a defined solution area, and third-party providers. The Project Manager owns day-to-day project delivery from initiation through closure and works with sales, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional delivery teams. The role is accountable for managing project scope, schedule, budget, contractual deliverables, risks, issues, quality, and stakeholder expectations within established parameters. The Project Manager acts as a project advocate by driving results, supporting timely decisions, and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Identifies, analyzes, documents, and manages project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies. Develops mitigation actions, assigns ownership, tracks progress, and escalates items when appropriate.
* Develops, maintains, adjusts, and communicates project schedules, tasks, milestones, and dependencies in collaboration with the project team, client, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
* Supports resource planning by identifying resource needs, monitoring assignments and billable schedules, and escalating resource or scheduling constraints that could affect delivery.
* Manages equipment, software, licensing, outside services procurement, and delivery schedules applicable to the project.
* Responsible for meeting contractual performance requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, and due dates within the assigned project.
* Ensures compliance with applicable corporate, client, and government policies and requirements.
