About the Role: 

Diabolocom is looking for a confirmed Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Paris. You play a key role in deploying our solution for our most strategic clients.

  • You lead end-to-end projects across both Build and Run phases, for clients spanning a variety of industries (retail, healthcare, real estate, etc.) and are in charge of all the projects lifecycles: scoping, solution configuration (contact center, AI…), integration with the client's IT ecosystem (CRM, business tools), testing phases, go-live, and continuous optimization.

  • You drive project governance by defining milestones, managing risks, and ensuring commitments are met across quality and timelines.

  • You own the telecom aspects of your projects: number allocation, portability, and regulatory changes from ARCEP…

  • You manage client relationships at a strategic level, lead steering committees to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned. 

  • You bring expert recommendations grounded in industry best practices to continuously optimize the performance of deployed solutions. 

  • You act as a trusted expert advisor, bringing best-practice recommendations to continuously optimize the performance of deployed solutions.

  • You collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technical, and Customer Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. 

  • You actively contribute to internal process improvements, helping the team get better with every project. 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in SaaS solution implementation.

  • Hands-on experience managing direct client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Engineering degree with solid project management experience , ideally gained within a Cloud software vendor or fast-growing tech company.

  • A genuine client-first mindset combined with sharp organizational skills and a structured approach to delivery.

  • A strong interest in web technologies and a natural ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English and professional proficiency in Spanish.
