Manage and execute SEO for the German market: optimize and create German content, track performance with SEO tools, monitor trends and competitors, support DACH SEO strategy and lead-generation, manage site migrations and URL redirects, perform QA and page testing, and collaborate on digital campaigns, email, and social media in German.

Manage end-to-end client implementation projects across scoping, solution configuration, CRM and IT integrations, testing, go-live, telecom requirements, and continuous optimization. Lead project governance, risks, milestones, steering committees, client relationships, training, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Technical, and Customer Operations teams. Contribute to internal process improvements and advise clients on best practices. The role requires Spanish and English fluency and is based in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility.

Design, build, and optimize backend services for data gathering, processing, and delivery. Define and maintain service contracts, ensure high test coverage, observability, and documentation. Make architectural decisions for distributed systems, collaborate with product teams, and maintain/ improve an existing Kotlin/Java codebase.

Lead backend development of Diabolocom's Voice Squad, building and optimizing core telephony services (call routing, media handling). Design and implement distributed systems, refactor for scalability and faster delivery, work across Java/Kotlin/Go, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker. Mentor teammates, own architectural decisions, improve existing codebase, and drive high-performance, reliable voice platform.

Handle L1/L2 support tickets across email, phone and ticketing tools; triage, analyze logs and databases, resolve or escalate technical issues, follow up with clients, and share knowledge with the team. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams and use tools like Zendesk, ClickUp, Homer, Putty and Pagent.

Lead and scale a hands-on infrastructure organization owning telecom, on-premise data centers, distributed and stateful systems, and AI GPU workloads. Drive reliability, incident management, capacity planning, automation, and team growth to support 2x scale while partnering with engineering and making architecture decisions.
