Designs end-to-end infrastructure architectures for complex enterprise customers across presales and implementation. Leads technical discovery, evaluates architecture trade-offs, validates designs with infrastructure engineers, and communicates decisions to senior customer stakeholders. The role spans networking, connectivity, virtualization, physical infrastructure, private cloud, security, telecom, and distributed systems. The architect documents solutions, supports RFPs, remains engaged through delivery, and ensures implementations align with scalable, secure, and sustainable architectures.

Lead the team responsible for reliable, scalable stateful services, including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka/Redpanda. Own database operations, high availability, replication, failover, backups, disaster recovery, performance, upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime. Collaborate with development, SRE, networking, and infrastructure teams, establish operational standards, solve complex distributed-systems issues, and build a new technically hands-on engineering squad.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for strategic clients, covering scoping, solution configuration, CRM and business-tool integrations, testing, go-live, optimization, telecom operations, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Manage strategic client relationships, lead steering committees, provide expert recommendations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical, and Customer Operations teams. Contribute to internal process improvements.

Coordinate infrastructure projects and workload planning across technical teams. Track epics, tasks, dependencies, risks, deadlines, ownership, and delivery progress. Prepare reports and metrics, facilitate technical meetings, document decisions, and improve delivery and request processes. Partner with the Head of Infrastructure, CTO, team leads, and stakeholders to provide visibility into capacity, priorities, blockers, and commitments. The role requires strong technical understanding, organization, communication, and follow-through.

Build, operate, and improve highly available stateful infrastructure, including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka/Redpanda. Responsibilities include database upgrades, migrations, replication, failover, backups, disaster recovery, performance troubleshooting, monitoring, automation, and cross-data-center resilience. The engineer will collaborate with development, SRE, networking, and infrastructure teams, participate in on-call and incident response, and lead technical projects improving reliability, scalability, and operational safety.
