Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex ERP implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-implementation
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, executive stakeholders, and internal teams
• Plan, execute, and control scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts with clear, objective, and professional communication
• Facilitate governance forums, executive steering committees, and status reporting
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)
• Demonstrate resilience and sound decision-making in high-pressure and fast-changing environments
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven delivery culture focused on client value
Requirements
• Minimum 6 of proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations
• Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Totvs, or similar platforms
• Strong track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and executive exposure
• Solid expertise in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) — frequent interaction with international clients and teams
• Ability to perform under pressure, demonstrating resilience, emotional maturity, and executive presence
• Experience in Professional Services / Consulting environments
Nice to Have
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or similar
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite Implementation Projects
• Experience in international or multicultural projects
• Functional background in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Services
• Experience working with hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall)
• Fluent Spanish
