Translate global marketing strategies into localized LATAM go-to-market programs that generate demand, support product launches, strengthen positioning, and contribute to revenue growth. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Leaders, and Global Marketing; create sales enablement and competitive materials; maintain brand consistency; and track campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline contribution, KPIs, and ROI.

Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation projects from planning through completion. Manage scope, timelines, estimates, work breakdown structures, change control, milestones, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. Lead consultants across multiple projects or programs, apply the SuiteSuccess methodology, resolve issues, and incorporate retrospective learnings. The role requires client-facing leadership, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and project management expertise.

Supports global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and business analytics. The role analyzes revenue, costs, margins, profitability, KPIs, risks, and operational drivers; maintains financial models and Power BI dashboards; performs scenario and sensitivity analysis; consolidates regional data; and partners with Finance and business leaders to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Lead the implementation of NetSuite solutions, conducting workshops and UAT, while ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.

Serve as a trusted NetSuite advisor for multiple clients, providing functional support, troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and solution delivery. Manage enhancement requests and small-to-medium projects across finance, procurement, order management, inventory, projects, and manufacturing. Configure workflows, dashboards, saved searches, KPIs, forms, and custom records; collaborate on scripts and integrations; conduct system reviews; support testing, documentation, change management, SOX compliance, and client relationship management.

Lead financial process transformations by implementing ERP solutions, managing project governance, mentoring junior members, and supporting post-implementation stabilization.
