As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a Project Manager to contribute to our mission by leading the end-to-end execution of survey fieldworkcoordinating with client services, vendors, and internal teams to successfully launch, manage, and close projects while ensuring data quality, timely delivery, and margin accuracy. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity, agile environments offering the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects at once, work closely with a growing and highly collaborative team, and play a key role in scaling a function that is rapidly expanding in scope and impact. 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Lead and scale agile project management practices to drive successful and timely delivery of strategic initiatives. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes, communication, and project outcomes. 
  • Develop and implement project strategies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and innovation. 
  • Ensure project scope is clearly defined and managed, proactively identifying and controlling scope creep. 
  • Define project roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Ensure deadlines, operational goals, and business requirements are met through effective planning and execution. 

What We’re Looking For: 

We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, organization, and a passion for healthcare research. The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 2+ years of experience managing quantitative research projects (preferred)
  • Excellent Englishproficiency, withstrong communication and writing skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies and tools (a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in agile project environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks in a dynamic setting 
  • A bachelor’s degree required, bonus points for public health, social sciences, marketing, business 
  • Experience working with vendors and external partners preferred
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, asking sharp questions early, and adapting quickly as priorities evolve
