Responsibilities include improving model reliability, observability, performance, and cost efficiency; developing provider-agnostic AI architecture and internal tooling; establishing evaluation, prompt engineering, testing, and governance practices; ensuring privacy, security, compliance, and auditability; contributing to data and AI platform architecture; collaborating with global product and engineering teams; and mentoring engineers.

Own Konovo’s healthcare professional growth marketing across organic social, paid LinkedIn, Google, and Meta campaigns. Responsibilities include content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, tracking governance, conversion measurement, reporting, experimentation, and growth recommendations. The role also supports member reward account-crediting operations and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Lead India-based Account Management and Bidding & Feasibility teams for healthcare market research engagements. Own proposal scoping, feasibility, pricing, margin protection, and bid execution while improving quality, speed, win rates, and pipeline visibility. Partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance, coach team members, implement process controls, and use data and AI-enabled tools to strengthen commercial decisions and client relationships.

Lead global qualitative healthcare market research projects from proposal acceptance through invoicing. Manage clients, budgets, timelines, vendors, quality control, survey programming, translations, data collection, reporting, and cross-functional delivery. Develop proposals and pricing with sales and research teams, resolve risks, maintain client relationships, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires healthcare market research experience, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency with research and project management tools, and comfort using AI-enabled workflows.

Design, build, and operate production-grade batch ELT pipelines and a lakehouse (medallion pattern) in Databricks/Spark; ensure data quality, monitoring, SLAs, and create reusable data products while partnering with engineering and business stakeholders.
