Lead India-based Account Management and Bidding & Feasibility teams for healthcare market research engagements. Own proposal scoping, feasibility, pricing, margin protection, and bid execution while improving quality, speed, win rates, and pipeline visibility. Partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance, coach team members, implement process controls, and use data and AI-enabled tools to strengthen commercial decisions and client relationships.

Lead global qualitative healthcare market research projects from proposal acceptance through invoicing. Manage clients, budgets, timelines, vendors, quality control, survey programming, translations, data collection, reporting, and cross-functional delivery. Develop proposals and pricing with sales and research teams, resolve risks, maintain client relationships, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires healthcare market research experience, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency with research and project management tools, and comfort using AI-enabled workflows.

Design, build, and operate production-grade batch ELT pipelines and a lakehouse (medallion pattern) in Databricks/Spark; ensure data quality, monitoring, SLAs, and create reusable data products while partnering with engineering and business stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable services and distributed systems for an AI-enabled healthcare insights platform. Develop high-quality backend and full-stack software, integrate emerging AI capabilities, lead technical architecture decisions, optimize performance and reliability, and support deployment and monitoring. The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer will drive quality engineering standards, automation frameworks, and observability across global teams, enhancing product quality and reducing manual testing.

Lead and scale quality engineering across squads by defining test strategies, building automation frameworks, implementing shift-left practices, integrating AI into QE, driving performance and observability, and owning end-to-end QA delivery and metrics.
