Job Description:
We are seeking a project manager based in our Utrecht or Seville office. In this role, as a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall success of Global Operations. You will coordinate with external and internal stakeholders and work with the Global Operations team to achieve the desired business outcomes with a focus on enhancing customer delight and supporting revenue growth. From contract award until the successful completion of the solution for our valued customer, you will meticulously manage each step of the process, ensuring all requirements are met and delivering a final result that exceeds expectations.
Role Overview
The project manager will manage a variety of internal and/or external projects of moderate scope from initiation through to delivery. The Project Manager shall be responsible for the proper progress and final results of the projects.
This individual will also work closely with other levels of management, such as business development teams, supporting service level agreements with customers and negotiating with third parties when needed.
What you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which brings distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
- Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
- Determining project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors as applicable.
- Developing project status reports for key stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and recommending actions based on general knowledge and frequent use of industry standards, techniques, and practices.
- Collaborating across interdisciplinary teams.
What you will bring to the role:
- Reporting to the Delivery Manager, coordinate and manage project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
- Although the project manager may step in to handle significant problems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers and effectively manage problems as they occur.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Familiarized with the project lifecycle.
- Teamwork-oriented mindset
- Availability to travel.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role is aligned with local market benchmarks and cost of labor in each country. The targeted base pay range is €30,900–€41,200 annually in Spain and up to €56,375 annually in the Netherlands. These ranges reflect regional market conditions rather than differences in role scope or expectations. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
