Job Overview
At Coretelligent, we take ownership of the technology and services our clients rely on every day. Our Project Management team plays a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of client initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and security environments.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the successful execution of client-facing technology projects from initiation through completion. You will work closely with Project Engineers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex technical work. You will be responsible for managing timelines, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of enterprise-level initiatives across departments, balancing scope, budget, and timeline expectations
- Partner with executive sponsors and internal stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables that align with organizational priorities
- Build and guide high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage project plans, notes, timelines, and dashboards to maintain visibility across all workstreams
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are escalated appropriately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership through regular status updates, executive briefings, and stakeholder reporting
- Apply tailored delivery methodologies—Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid—based on project type, complexity, and stakeholder needs
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource forecasting, and the evolution of project management best practices across the organization
- Serve as a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable plans
- Use ServiceNow to support project tracking, documentation, and collaboration workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project and program management experience, ideally within consulting, IT services, or technology-driven environments
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with successful outcomes
- Certification preferreds but not required; PMP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile credentials.
- Hands-on experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and other project management tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience):
$80,000 - $100,000
