Serve as a trusted technology consultant for managed services clients: lead strategy sessions, develop roadmaps and SOWs, scope solutions, perform infrastructure and licensing assessments, recommend modernization and optimization, present to technical and executive stakeholders, and partner with engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous service improvement.

Own and grow a high-volume portfolio (~170) of emerging accounts under $50k ARR. Serve as primary contact, drive proactive outreach, renewals, upsells, and account health monitoring. Prepare proposals/quotes, maintain CRM pipeline, and partner cross-functionally to expand services and refine the engagement model for the segment.

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead client-facing IT infrastructure projects, manage timelines and expectations, and coordinate engineering teams while ensuring high-quality delivery of services.

The Project Engineer will manage and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful deployment and client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Provide advanced remote technical support and act as escalation point for engineers. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Teams/Exchange, Entra ID, networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls), endpoints, backups, and enterprise applications. Maintain ticket documentation, coordinate vendor escalations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements while meeting service metrics.
