Provides onsite and remote white-glove IT support for Los Angeles-area clients. Responsibilities include Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, networking, server, backup, mobile device, and hardware troubleshooting; user account administration; hardware imaging; ticket resolution; client communication; and after-hours infrastructure support. The role participates in an on-call rotation and travels to local client locations.

Provides onsite and remote Level 2 IT support for clients in the Stamford/Greenwich area. Troubleshoots Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, networking, servers, mobile devices, backups, and user accounts. Performs hardware deployments, infrastructure maintenance, and after-hours support while delivering white-glove customer service and escalating complex issues for Level I engineers.

Serves as the primary technical resource for a client environment of approximately 300–400 users. Manages Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, endpoints, networking, and escalated technical issues. Leads deployments and infrastructure improvements, performs proactive system checks and lifecycle management, maintains documentation, partners with client stakeholders, and mentors junior engineers in an MSP environment.

Designs and deploys network infrastructure for office openings, relocations, and refreshes. Configures firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, and related services. Coordinates with ISPs, contractors, and vendors; troubleshoots connectivity issues; creates technical documentation; and supports cutovers, validation, handoff, and ongoing operations. The role owns technical project tasks from planning through completion and requires occasional off-hours work and regular travel.

Leads complex infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user technology projects from design through deployment and post-implementation support. Configures and troubleshoots networks, servers, migrations, identity systems, storage, backups, and cloud platforms. Provides senior technical guidance, documentation, training, escalation support, and client communication while partnering with project managers, vendors, and internal teams. Supports project budgets, timelines, reporting, client satisfaction, and transition to ongoing support. Requires regular travel and off-hours work.

Leads complex client infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user technology projects from design through deployment and post-implementation support. Responsibilities include migrations, network and firewall deployments, server upgrades, SSO and MFA implementations, office relocations, technical troubleshooting, documentation, end-user training, budget and timeline support, and project handoffs. Provides senior technical leadership while collaborating with project managers, engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders in an MSP environment.
