Job Description

This role is located in our Katowice office with a hybrid work system.
You will report directly to PM and Digital Manager.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage the creation, development, execution, and closure of projects/Epics under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Common Product Development (CPD) process, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with third-party service providers and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and project visibility.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, including contingency planning.
- Prepare and negotiate project change requests with stakeholders.
- Organize and lead internal project reviews.
- Present project status, cost, schedule updates, and lessons learned to stakeholders and management.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development engineering role for new products or software
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role for new products or software
- Legal authorization to work in the country that you will be employed in. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Knowledge of PMI standards and project management best practices
- Travel 5% of time
- Experience managing complex technical projects in schedule, cost, and scope.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to coordinate technical issues across multiple functional areas.
- SAFe certifications (Scrum Master, RTE, SA) or PMP certification.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and resolve resource conflicts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to report status across teams and to senior leadership.
- Ability to apply business metrics to track performance.
- Demonstrated action-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
