You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution.
How you will contribute
You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Report directly into MDS MEU Manufacturing Lead
- Accountability and ownership for defined MEU Manufacturing process in SAP and non SAP area related to manufacturing, Production execution, planning, plant maintenance, logistic plant operations, quality management.
- Support assigned projects using the Mondelez methodology, ensuring that fit for purpose solution are delivered on time, on budget and that benefits are measurable and achievable.
- Close collaboration with business and vendors.
- Take accountability for the implementation of initiatives which have already been identified.
- Operate across MDS and the appropriate business functional area to drive the delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise as needed across MEU region.
- Representation of MDS functional area as part of Manufacturing project team Including presentation to senior stakeholder forums/project governance board.
What you will bring

- Processes in Manufacturing with focus on one/two of: Manufacturing Execution, Quality Management, LogOps operations, Planning, Plant Maintenance
- Functional/technical skills in SAP (S4H, ECC, WM, Integration PI/PO, BTP/IS)
- Team player, capability to work with different teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
