About the Role:
- Oversee all the agile process: Managing sprint planning, focusing on sprint goals, retrospective & maintaining backlogs
- Enhance efficiency & productivity of the cross functional web & mobile Customer Experience squad having developers, designers & QA
- Gather requirements & priorities from Product Managers
- Own the delivery of the features from design to deployment state
- Plan weekly & Bi-weekly releases across web & mobile builds (Android & iOS)
- Suggest & implement improvements in the existing process to deliver high speed & high quality releases
- Manage dependencies & blockers across web & mobile team within the squad as well as cross team involving growth & backend engineering team.
- Take a hands on approach serving as a key leader within the team and reporting to the Chief Business Officer & Co-founder.
- Agile experience managing process for digital product teams
- Experience in Fintech domain (trading & investing domain experience will be bonus)
- Proficiency in project management tools (specifically Jira) and Scrum methodology
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills with ability to main strong relationship with internal teams
- Strong decision making abilities with a focus on driving project success & achieving business objectives
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail with the ability to manage projects and simultaneously meet deadlines
- Project Management experience of both start-up & medium/large organization will be a plus
