What you'll do:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using Smartsheet.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Utilize Smartsheet to track project status, manage tasks, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, including creating and managing complex project plans.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience with other project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
