Description -

The project manager oversees the project activities within the Order Fulfilment (OF) Project Delivery Department in Indonesia. This includes all Project Delivery activities from project management to clinical go live. The activities consist of but not limited to project administration, site readiness and project management.

The project manager needs to achieve key results in Revenue and Customer Loyalty. He/ she is responsible for the accurate and timely revenue tracking and forecasting for all Elekta solutions (to customer) along with the responsibility to deliver high client satisfaction at the completion of project delivery. The position will promote the proper and efficient use of project management techniques and tools by the department.  He/ She is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, expense and all OF efficiency targets. 

The project manager is responsible for negotiation with customer, hospital, rigging company, construction company, or any third-party companies that involve in the project to keep both Elekta project schedule and customer commitment in mutual benefit. He/ She also need to closely work with internal sales department, logistics department, installation department, application department and service department with efficient communication and proper handover between different parties.

Responsibilities –

• Responsible for project management.
• Responsible for pre-sales project management if needed.
• Responsible for all aspects of communication internally (department heads, functional heads and Product Supply Centers) & externally (distributors, suppliers and customers) including reporting to management.
• Provide project updates to various stakeholders about financial status, execution strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Update ERP(Movex) and CLM(SalesForce.com) systems with the project planning data to allow forecasting of revenue
• Drive efficiency and improvement programs identified by self or by company.
• Accountable for Elekta’s Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture, closed loop processes and related process improvements within the department.
• Engage with subcontractors to ensure their contractual obligations are clearly defined and their costs are controlled
• Frequent visits to site during work execution to provide adequate oversight and guidance to the project site team.
• Additional responsibility as the Technical Responsible Person

• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
• 70% travel expected within Indonesia

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies –

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

• University degree in Biomedical engineering Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacist, engineering, medical or technically related university degree holder or above
• Project management qualification is preferred such as PMP (PMI certification)
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading, executing and completing turnkey projects
• Minimum 5 years of project management
• Minimum 3 years of revenue management and forecasting experience
• Understanding of radiotherapy and neuroscience solutions is a plus
• Understanding of technical drawing related to construction, mechanical & electrical is required
• In-depth knowledge of handling large scale projects
• Good understanding in Contractor Safety Management Service (CSMS) is an advantage
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers directly and lead key account projects
• Excellent time management, organization, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated. Determination to succeed.
• Project Management experience (Radio Therapy equipment, medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred).
• Familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Movex), Windows, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
