Purpose of the Job
Responsible to execute and monitor the Bank's strategic business projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with various departments to complete tasks, such as business analysis, reporting and projects.
- Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG.
- Support and guide colleagues on complex Project Management issues.
- Prepare various reports including but not limited to Department performance (Balance Score Card) or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy.
- Support to review any prepared materials which are necessary to submit internally and externally.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
- Store documentation in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
