The Project Manager will be responsible for successfully managing and executing internal projects across the organization. This individual will work with executive leadership and team members to develop and execute plans based on various projects simultaneously.
The Project Manager will be part of the Enterprise Business Office under the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. The Enterprise Business Office is responsible for overseeing processes across the organization including different geographies, divisions, business lines, and service lines to ensure the business aligns with the corporate vision, goals, and objectives as the services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business and operational projects that support standardization across the organizations.
  • Identify, evaluate, create, and drive project activities.
  • Partner with and influence high-level leaders to develop and execute plans to support business and organizational projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute on project activities and communicate status accordingly.
  • Collect and analyze performance data before, during and after project implementations to measure progress and determine next steps.
  • Partner with leaders to define and develop service offerings based on delivery performance.
  • Partner with marketing and communications to build additional collateral.
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, reports, etc. for various stakeholders to facilitate discussions pertaining to the lifecycle of projects assigned.
  • Assist in continuous refinement, communications, and change management activities based on delivery performance, outcomes, and feedback.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams while building strong relationships.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
  • Twelve (12) plus years in a project management or similar role.
  • Project management experience within IT or Healthcare business and operations a plus.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence senior leadership based on facts and data to support.
  • Demonstrated ability establishing and executing plans while managing risks, issues, actions, and escalations.
  • Effectively build relationships to partner and collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (English verbal and written).
  • Strong MS Office or O365 skills and experience.
  • Strong dashboard and reporting skills required, experience with Power BI a plus.
  • PMI certification a plus.
  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s Maxims.

Additional details

  • This is a short-term, temporary opportunity extending until the end of December 2024.
  • Ability to travel 25% or more.
