About the position
This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Project Management, who leads medium-sized projects. Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets. Supports strategic planning efforts, solutions for project problems, contract negotiations, and manages important suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Leads medium size projects to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility and recommends appropriate adjustments.
- Manages important suppliers and develops milestones, project plans, schedules and budgets for projects.
- Consolidates and presents plans and project reports.
- Prepares and presents value-stream strategy, progress, and results.
- Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business.
- Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Identifies and reacts to project problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and changing contractual specifications.
- Supports the development of new business growth strategies.
- Coordinates responses to customer action items.
- Supervises the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the project to ensure efficient use of resources.
Basic Qualifications:
- An Undergraduate Degree with 5+ years program/project management, manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain experience; OR a Graduate Degree with 3+ years of program/project management, manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
- Ability to influence, collaborate and work across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
- High degree of independence
- Problem solving attitude with focus on teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)
- Engage with project team daily and provide solutions to potential risks
- Relentless drive to overachieve, outstanding team player, strategic vision with ability to execute
- Ability to work on complex problems in an ambiguous environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Power BI, JDE (SAP support) systems.

- We are open for remote work within the USA
- Travelling is required between 25%-50% nationally and internationally.
