Position Overview
Join our program team to drive process improvement and manage Power BI analytics to support delivery and decision-making. Responsibilities Process Improvement: Lead CI initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), optimize workflows, and maintain SOPs. Facilitate stakeholder sessions to enhance program effectiveness. Power BI & Data: Own the end-to-end Power BI lifecycle—modeling, visualization, and automation. Ensure data integrity, manage workspace performance, and train team members. Advanced Excel skills required. Program Support: Support PMO governance and provide data-backed insights to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes that impact program management functions
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies and best practices
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements
Power BI Management
- Develop and manage end‑to‑end Power BI solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Power BI environment
- Provide training and support to team members on Power BI usage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Optimize data models and visualization for performance and usability
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data preparation
- Strong Excel skills in conjunction with power BI.
Program Support
- Support PMO operations and governance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in PMO or project management roles
- Proven experience with Power BI development and administration
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with large-scale program environments
- Knowledge of additional BI tools and data visualization platforms
