Perform field startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on Vertiv UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. Communicate with Call Control, managers, customers and complete paperwork, parts accounting, and planned maintenance targets. Support Busbar product line industrialization at the RAK site: drive NPI readiness, process development, tooling, transfers, documentation, capacity and cost analysis, layout and line balancing, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, cross-functional coordination, ramp-up stabilization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Define system-level thermal controls and optimization architectures for data center and mission-critical projects. Translate customer requirements into hardware/software scope, PLC/SCADA/HMI integration, commercial assumptions, pricing inputs, and handover packages. Support pre-sales, project execution, commissioning, and feedback for product roadmap and upsell opportunities.

Lead technical pre-sales and solution architecture for modular and prefabricated data center infrastructure. Develop regional growth strategies, conduct architecture reviews and design workshops, build business cases (ROI/TCO), engage executives, ensure compliance and sustainability (PUE/WUE/LEED), mentor teams, and drive pipeline and revenue for hyperscale, cloud, colocation, AI, and enterprise customers.

Lead and coordinate production resources to meet targets, enforce manufacturing quality and process standards, conduct shop-floor inspections, drive process improvements (PDCA), train and develop staff, manage performance and cost control, and resolve production issues.

Site-based EHS Officer responsible for conducting audits, delivering H&S training, promoting safety culture, managing documentation per ISO 45001, implementing Vertiv Safe App, liaising with clients and contractors, driving corrective/preventive actions, and meeting site KPIs and reporting requirements.

Manage the Rack UPS product portfolio for ANZ: pricing, inventory, NPI coordination, product marketing, and sales/channel enablement. Create collateral and training, support sales tools and configurators, collect market feedback, and align programs with company strategy while maintaining WHS and quality obligations.

Provide pre-sales technical solutions support for ANZ critical infrastructure using Vertiv power products. Prepare quotations, BOMs, source third-party quotes, reconcile purchase orders, perform profitability analysis, manage product delivery and design, develop DCP power solutions, produce technical documentation, assist solution architects, and deliver product training and stakeholder technical explanations.

Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineering for the Busbar product line across EMEA, driving industrialization, NPDI readiness, prototype/pilot launches, automation and technology roadmaps, process standardization, CAPEX planning, capacity planning, and cross-site execution to ensure safe, scalable, and efficient production.

Support Busbar product industrialization at the RAK site: lead NPDI readiness, process development, tooling/fixture definition, product transfers, standardization, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, capacity and cost analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure scalable, compliant manufacturing launches and ramp-ups.

Design and develop mechanical systems and modular buildings, perform FEM calculations and structural optimization, select materials, create detailed drawings and documentation, support suppliers and manufacturing, participate in testing and site assembly, and provide technical solutions during commissioning.

Provide commercial and contractual support to project managers, identify and prepare Change Orders, manage recovery and negotiations, handle customer disputes and claims, maintain change trackers, and support valuations, extension of time applications, and dispute resolution across construction projects.

Lead buy-side contract and commercial management for supplier and subcontractor agreements from procurement to close-out. Negotiate and draft subcontracts, ensure back-to-back alignment, manage disputes, claims and variations, provide commercial guidance to project teams, monitor expenditure, and lead a commercial team. Prepare contract summaries and protect contractual entitlements.

Manage critical-infrastructure and data center projects from pre-sales through commissioning. Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and contractors; track financial performance and use Smartsheet and Power BI to report project status. Visit sites, escalate issues, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.

Design and develop thermal products from concept to launch: create CAD parts/assemblies, maintain BOMs and configurator logic, support prototypes and testing, perform thermal system modeling, analyze test data, troubleshoot field issues, and collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, service, and quality teams.

Provide 24x7 parts logistics support to field technicians: process and track orders in Oracle EBS, research parts, prepare quotes, coordinate manufacturing/warehouse/suppliers, communicate escalations with engineering/support teams, and ensure timely, accurate shipments.

Provide commercial legal support across EMEA: draft, review, negotiate customer and service contracts; advise on compliance, GDPR/data privacy, corporate and regulatory matters; manage contract lifecycle; assess and mitigate legal risk; monitor legislation; collaborate with internal teams and external counsel; support governance and compliance projects. Occasional EMEA travel.

Lead and coordinate delivery of electrical and infrastructure projects across Finland and the Nordics. Manage planning, installation, commissioning, testing, onsite representation, safety and compliance, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver data center and critical infrastructure projects on time and within scope.
