Lead full-cycle, high-volume hiring for hourly plant roles at industrial sites. Build talent pipelines, develop market-specific sourcing strategies, advise plant leadership on hiring best practices, and implement data-driven recruitment processes. Use ATS and analytics to track KPIs, improve candidate experience, and support rapid plant scaling under tight timelines.

Perform mechanical fitting and rigging tasks requiring large forklift/crane operation or strong mechanical tool skills. Must handle sockets, torque wrenches, impact drills, lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors in extreme temperatures, and stand and bend for long periods.

Lead quality activities for new product development and field issues: drive root-cause investigations (8D), implement corrective actions, track shipments and warranty data, present quality performance, collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sales and Suppliers to improve product reliability.

Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot embedded firmware for control systems. Produce firmware test specifications and technical documentation. Collaborate with hardware, testing, and tech-support teams to define product specifications, resolve field issues, and support customers throughout product life cycle.

Manage a team of six test technicians across factory witness testing and product development testing. Plan and schedule witness tests, coordinate customer visits, ensure test setups and reporting, support R&D test execution, drive standardization, and maintain calibration, safety, and lab efficiency.

Oversee and coordinate production activities on the manufacturing floor, support team members, ensure quality and safety compliance, and help meet production targets.

Design and develop medium-voltage switchgear products: define specifications, produce 3D models/2D drawings, ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards, manage PLM/NPDI documentation, perform DFMEA, build prototypes, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and support engineering change processes.

Own product vision, strategy, and a 3-year roadmap for enterprise IT management software (on‑prem and SaaS). Lead cross-functional teams, gather customer insights, prioritize features using data, oversee full product lifecycle, define KPIs, and support go-to-market and customer enablement.
