· Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), ITIL framework, and cloud technologies.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
· Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Scrum Master are a plus.
· Experience working with Product engineering, , cloud services, and enterprise applications.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
