RequirementsEducation & Qualifications
- Manage and execute Operation & Maintenance (O&M) projects, ensuring compliance with the scope of work, budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Security Systems and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
- Manage and direct the project team, including engineers and technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance levels.
- Ensure the achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the client.
- Monitor the quality of executed works and ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Manage project risks and operational issues and establish appropriate procedures and solutions to address them.
- Coordinate with the client, management, and internal departments to ensure business continuity and achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and monitor preventive and corrective O&M plans and schedules, and follow up on work orders, service requests, and breakdowns until closure within the specified timeframe.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of Security Systems and ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Perimeter Security, and Networks.
- Manage engineering and technical teams, allocate tasks and resources, and monitor performance and training requirements.
- Review work orders, technical reports, and maintenance reports; prepare and monitor KPIs and SLAs and submit them to management and the client.
- Follow up on project requirements for spare parts, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouses, Suppliers, and Contractors.
- Monitor the project scope, budget, costs, and execution quality, ensuring compliance with the contract, quality requirements, occupational health, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, conduct regular meetings, and follow up on comments, requirements, and corrective actions.
- Manage project documents and records, monitor risks and operational issues, and escalate them to management with appropriate recommendations and solutions.
RequirementsEducation & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- ITIL certification or certifications related to Operation & Maintenance and Services Management are considered an additional advantage.
- Specialized courses or certifications in ELV / Security Systems are preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
- Experience in managing Security Systems and ELV projects.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Perimeter Security, and Networks.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and following up on work orders and service requests.
- Knowledge of KPIs and SLAs and experience in preparing performance reports.
- Ability to manage project teams, resources, costs, risks, and project scope.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, and English language.
Skills Required
