Manage operation and maintenance projects for security and ELV systems, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, quality, health and safety, KPIs, and SLAs. Lead engineers and technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor work orders and service requests, manage resources and documentation, and collaborate with clients, procurement teams, suppliers, warehouses, and contractors. Systems include CCTV, access control, VMS, perimeter security, and networks.

Lead and supervise operational staff to ensure efficient project and daily operations. Develop and manage operational plans, schedules, KPIs, and resource allocation. Produce operational and financial reports, manage compliance, risks, quality, and safety. Facilitate cross-department coordination, chair meetings, resolve technical/administrative issues, and drive continuous improvement and team development.
