We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects that align with business priorities. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget. This role reports to the Program Director and plays a key part in driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Develop charters, integrated plans, resource and contingency strategies
- Assess trade-offs and manage risks, costs, and stakeholder value
- Track financials and reconcile project expenditures
- Facilitate checkpoints and governance forums
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and publish reports
- Ensure compliance with project methodology and success metrics
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in project management
- Experience in hardware installation & end to end solution delivery in transport or ticketing projects
- Solution Migration (data, user or customer migration) experience
- Delivery of customer portals or interfaces.
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PMI certification desirable
