About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving objectives and deliverables across high-impact initiatives. Operating within a Scaled Agile environment, you'll manage complex dependencies, ensuring seamless execution from planning to end-user adoption. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as close collaboration with engineers, product managers, program managers, and stakeholders to deliver holistic and scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and cross-functional company initiatives from strategy through execution and delivery, guiding multi-phase releases across engineering, product, compliance, and operations
- Own the standard agile ceremonies for software development scrum teams including sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, backlog grooming, and standups
- Define and track milestones, identify and manage technical and business dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Drive GTM strategy and implementations, working across nontechnical group within organizations such as legal, sales, compliance, and operations
- Develop clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fast-paced, Scaled Agile environment
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs across teams
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and other artifacts to describe the statuses and risk on project deliverables
- Direct requirements gathering and technical design sessions for the project team, including full-day onsite workshops
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer and business needs
- Embrace AI-assisted tooling to improve project visualization and real-time reporting
- Use data to evaluate progress, highlight risk, and communicate program health to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite to manage workflows, reporting, and communication
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in technical environments with multiple cross-functional development teams
- Background in brokerage, asset management, or payments processing
- Demonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals
- Proven ability to manage dependencies and deliver high-impact releases in environments with multiple competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing across technical and business teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have, But Not Required
- Experience in Digital Assets, Web3 or Blockchain projects
- Experience working with APIs and embedded finance platforms
- CSM or similar Agile certification a plus
- Familiarity with money movement, transaction handling, or compliance workflows
About the Team
You’ll join a high-performing Product Development team at DriveWealth, focused on building best-in-class investing infrastructure that powers global fintechs and banks. This team drives strategic initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet the needs of both partners and end-users. We work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance to bring investing products to life in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $175,000 USD – $200,000 USD
