As a Project Manager in Chase Travel, you will play a key role in managing strategic travel partnerships and supplier relationships that deliver exceptional value to our cardmembers. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams — including data analytics, product, and account management — to streamline operations, ensure content accuracy, and support the growth of our travel portfolio.
Job responsibilities
- Manage supplier notifications and communications tied to Marketplace Facilitator requirements
- Track supplier-specific exceptions, payment remittance, and documentation gaps
- Coordinate resolution with internal partners and facilitate timely communication and follow-up
- Partner with data analytics teams on reporting pulls and data cleansing initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure user interface availability and online content accuracy
- Develop and analyze regular reports for hotel and account management, including results reviews
- Implement training programs in support of direct hotel initiatives
- Provide backup support for contracting and manage ad-hoc projects to enhance team efficiency
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in the travel industry, particularly in hotels or accommodations
- Demonstrated partner or supplier management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
