As a Project Manager, Talent Development and Recruiting Partnerships within the team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that support talent pipelines, recruiting effectiveness, and internal development priorities. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, human resources partners, and business stakeholders to align on hiring plans, role priorities, timelines, and decision-making processes. You will help improve the candidate and stakeholder experience by identifying process gaps, creating structure, and driving accountability across key recruiting and talent development efforts. Your work will support timely execution, stronger partnerships, and measurable improvements across talent-related initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to hiring plans, intake processes, role prioritization, and recruiting operating rhythms
  • Partner with recruiters, sourcers, human resources partners, and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, timelines, and decision-making expectations
  • Drive consistent hiring execution through structured interview processes, interview panel setup, feedback timelines, decision tracking, and debrief facilitation
  • Identify and address friction across the hiring process to improve speed, quality, consistency, and candidate experience
  • Develop and manage talent development programs aligned to team needs, including onboarding improvements, interview training, mentoring programs, career pathways, and skill-building plans
  • Establish operating cadences, including working sessions, stakeholder updates, executive readouts, decision logs, and key performance indicator reporting
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery and clear accountability
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen recruiting partnerships and talent development execution


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in project management, program management, recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex work into clear updates, decisions, and next steps
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery expectations
  • Experience improving processes, creating structure, and driving accountability across teams
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, human resources partners, and business stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience developing or supporting talent development programs, including onboarding, training, career frameworks, mentoring, or skill-building initiatives
  • Familiarity with recruiting operations, workforce planning, talent management, or human resources processes

  • Experience creating stakeholder updates, executive readouts, dashboards, or key performance indicator reporting
