Our client, who is a fast growing marketing agency in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm. 

Project Planning and Organization
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including the scope of work (SOW), master timeline, checklists, resource allocation, and personnel arrangements.
  • Prepare project cost estimates, control expenditures, and optimize budget utilization within the approved budget.
  • Coordination and Project Execution
  • Coordinate with relevant departments, including Creative, Content, Event, Account, Production, and Procurement, as well as external suppliers, to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, update checklists and timelines, organize operational meetings, and provide periodic progress reports.
Risk and Quality Management
  • Identify potential risks, provide early warnings, and resolve issues arising during project implementation.
  • Control project quality and acceptance quantities, and conduct post-project evaluations and reviews.
Client and Partner Relations
  • Work with clients and partners on implementation plans, contracts, payments, and any project-related changes.
  • Manage, negotiate, and monitor contractual terms and conditions, suppliers, and additional scope of work, where applicable.

Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least four to five years of experience in project or event management, including a minimum of two years in a Project Manager position or an equivalent role.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing large-scale events, festivals, or activation projects.
Professional Skills
  • Proficient in project planning, timeline management, budgeting, and project management tools.
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation and in working with suppliers and clients.
  • Strategic thinking, cost-control capability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive, able to perform effectively under pressure, decisive, and accountable for results.
